About Salt Mediation Group
A modern, structured approach to divorce designed to reduce conflict, simplify the legal process, and help couples move forward with clarity.
Salt Mediation Group was created to offer couples a better alternative to traditional divorce — one focused on cooperation, efficiency, and professional guidance rather than courtroom conflict.

OUR STORY
We believe divorce doesn’t need to be adversarial to be effective. Many couples want a clear, respectful way to resolve important decisions without escalating conflict or navigating complicated legal systems alone.
Salt Mediation Group was built around that idea: a structured process that combines neutral mediation with attorney-prepared legal documentation — giving couples a practical path forward.

A Different Way To Navigate Divorce
Traditional divorce often forces couples into one of two paths:
-
adversarial litigation with opposing attorneys
-
handling everything alone through DIY solutions
Our approach offers a third option:
-
structured mediation
-
professional guidance
-
legally compliant documentation
-
clear, step-by-step process
MEET THE TEAM
Our team combines professional mediation expertise with a structured process designed to make divorce more manageable.

MARIE CARMEL

Having experienced divorce personally, Marie understands firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges involved. This perspective allows her to balance empathy with structure, creating a mediation environment that is both supportive and forward-moving.
Outside of mediation, Marie enjoys pickleball, hiking and backpacking in the mountains, reading, spending time with her children, and celebrating life’s moments with close friends.
