With over 8 years of hands-on experience, Marie brings a rare combination of divorce knowledge, financial insight, and personal understanding to every mediation.

Before becoming a full-time mediator, Marie spent more than five years as a senior paralegal and divorce financial specialist, helping clients navigate the legal and financial complexities of family law. Today, she draws on that background to guide couples through the divorce process with clarity, compassion, and efficiency.

Marie is known for her no-nonsense approach, creative problem-solving, and calm presence in even the most difficult conversations. She has a unique ability to keep discussions focused and productive while helping clients feel seen, heard, and respected.

As a divorced, single mother of four, Marie understands firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges that come with ending a marriage. Her personal experience gives her an authentic sense of empathy and relatability that clients deeply appreciate.

When she’s not mediating, you’ll likely find her hiking/backpacking in the mountains, reading a good book, hanging with her kids, or sipping champagne with friends.

WADE TAYLOR

With over 15 years of experience in family law and mediation, Attorney Wade Taylor brings deep legal insight and a calm, solution-focused presence to every case. He is a master mediator, helping couples resolve even the most complex divorce and custody matters with clarity and respect.
​
Wade earned his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University. He has been a proud member of the Utah Bar since 2004.
​
In addition to his mediation work, Wade serves on the Divorce Education for Children Subcommittee for the Utah State Courts and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Utah Family Law Bar Journal — roles that reflect his dedication to improving the family law system and supporting families throughout Utah.

Outside the office, Wade finds his greatest joy spending time with his wife and children. He’s also an avid golfer and enjoys soaking up the outdoors whenever he can.
