How long does divorce mediation take? Well, the length of your mediation entirely depends on you and your spouse.
Some of the factors that affect the time frame are:
(1) how far apart you are on your issues;
(2) how many issues you are not in agreement on;
(3) how long it takes for you to negotiate and come to an agreement.
Some of our mediations take 2 hours, some take 6 hours and some mediations require a couple sessions.
