What does divorce mediation look like? Are you in the same room as your spouse? Do you have to speak to each other?
Despite what TV has led us to believe, divorce mediation is not an all out brawl. In fact, if you do not want to see or speak to your spouse during your entire mediation session, you do not have to.
With SALT Mediation, whether you mediate in-person or virtually via Zoom, we separate the parties, with each of you in your own spaces and your neutral third party mediator goes back and forth between you to help you reach an agreement.
This way both of you are able to confidently and securely show up and express yourselves in a safe and confidential environment which ultimately helps each of you reach better agreements together.
